Anodizing & Electroplating

Aluminum anodizing - many colors available
Gold zinc electroplating
Black zinc electroplating

Type II Anodizing - Sulphuric

Sulfuric anodizing is the most common method for anodizing and is well suited for applications where harness, resistance and abrasion are required. This type of anodizing produces comparatively thick, transparent and absorptive oxide film, suitable for receiving both organic and inorganic dyes, and metal oxides for electrolytic color.

Type III Anodizing

Hardcoat anodizing produces a very thick coat that is more resistant to abrasion and provides a smoother and harder surface.

The ideal choice of protecting aluminium in marine the environment.

Available in clear, gray or black

Electroplating - Zinc Cathode

A chemical solution with the ionic form of the metal, an anode (positively charged) which may consist of the metal being plated (a soluble anode) and finally, a cathode (negatively charged) where electrons are supplied to produce a film of non-ionic metal.

Available in gold, black or blue-gray
